We proudly offer a hassle-free 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
For ring resizing and repairs, please contact one of our sales representatives for information and pricing.
Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact us for one prior to sending back any merchandise, unfortunately we can not accept returns without an authorization number. For items to be eligible for return, they must be in new condition, free of any alterations or custom engraving.
Due to the overhead costs involved, we can not give refunds on items purchased as part of a comparison purchase. A comparison purchase is purchasing one item in a number of sizes to see which fits best, or purchasing multiple items in the same size to see which one is preferred. Any items purchased solely for comparison that are returned will be exchanged store credit only. If you need help selecting which item is right for you, or would like more information on any of our products, contact one of our sales representatives and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns, once received, typically take about 3-5 business days to process and either refund the purchase price or replace the item. Please note that MetalKraft Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments and MetalKraft Jewelry is not responsible for reimbursement of shipping costs.
